How do I connect my Panasonic KX-TCD515 cordless DECT phone with a Plantronics C65 DECT wireless headset?A) Hi, Chris here from http://www.CompuTelCo.com/ the NEC DSX Phone System and Plantronics reseller.
The great thing about Plantronics is they offer free technical support.
Their phone number is (800) 544-4660.
You can also visit their tech support site with all of their contact information at: http://www.plantronics.com/north_america/en_US/support/index.jhtmlWhat's the difference between Panasonic DECT 6.0 & DECT 6.0 Digital?Q) I want to buy a DECT 6.0 Panasonic cordless phone. I then discovered that it is actually my cordless phone which is affecting my wireless router.
Alas, my parents refuse to shift the router or the phone anywhere else within the house. Hence, is there anyway to block the phone from interfering with my wireless network?
E.g. Use a box to cover it, if so, what kind of material?
OR change my channel, if so, to what channel?
My router is a linksys BEFW11S4 ver.4 and my phone is a Panasonic DECT, Model No: KX-TCD440BXT.
A) Your Linksys WiFi most likely defaults to channel 6... try moving this to one of the other available channels until you find the one that conflicts the least. It will be different for each circumstance - not knowing exactly which freq the phone has settled on as it's preferred.
